"Firetruck!"

Sam, like most 2-year-old boys, loves firetrucks. Every time we see one he says "I wanna ride." So when an opportunity came up to visit a firehouse, I signed him up. First thing he says when he sees it - "I don't wanna ride."


Thank goodness he changed his mind. He had a blast and it was really fun to watch him have fun. They taught the kids not to be afraid of the firemen, so they introduced one and had him put on all his gear in front of them. Then they got to touch him and be reassured he was still human. It's a great idea. Sam gave the dolled up fireman a high-five. =)





























Also, Brian finally got on the flight schedule and flies on Thursday. Woohoo!
