I'm having computer problems, otherwise there would have been a video of Sam playing in the ice on my last post. Oh, well. It keeps overheating and crashing on me, which it hasn't done since the LAST deployment.
Brian is making his way home. It's a long process that often has the guys stuck somewhere in route, and without an easy way to contact home to let them know what's going on, so....I believe he got on a plane heading for Kuwait this morning, but other than that, I have no idea where he is or when he'll be home. And of course I have questions to ask, and so far all I get are one-way text messages....
Meanwhile, the idea of me accomplishing anything before he comes home has become a great joke I laugh at while remembering my good intentions.
The bedroom is still a half-way wreck. I gained back every pound I had lost. Nothing got done on the outside of the house, and won't be done until spring, because the weather is too terrible. We were trapped inside for four days and I did nothing but make popcorn and keep the fire lit. It was nice. =)
So, I'm cleaning and wracking my brain for what outfit I should wear and trying to let it sink in that I very well could be hugging my husband in 48 hours or more....or less. Kind of surreal, which is sad, if you think about it.

Open up the computer and use duster to get rid of all the dust.
