These are pictures I took when we put the house on the market last time. I CAN NOT find a picture of my orange bonus room, which looked beautiful, but one can imagine it's a significant difference from the new neutral brown.
So here are the after pictures. And every white surface you see has been painted! Rails, trim, doors. EVERYTHING. New floor vents, new air and dryer vents. New flooring in the laundry room and painted that, too!
My painter Russell did the entire outside, red door and black shutters and all! He also painted the previously almost white stairs and porch to a gray, so they don't look so dirty all the time.

Kitchen - a new white dishwasher will be coming in Tuesday.

What a beautiful job you've done on the house. The lighter colors make the rooms appear larger, light, and airy. It's a beautiful home on a big lot--I see no reason it won't sell. I'd LOVE to have it, but am stuck in Fla. until such time as I move one final time--upward--to the most beautiful home of all! Love ya. Mrs. A.
So where's the picture of the new floor in the laundry room?! It looks just beautiful, and that outside picture should draw some traffic. We are so proud of how hard you have worked. And I am recovering from how hard you worked me!! Tell Jinette I said hello!
